Hot tub terms and conditions (where applicable)
Your hot tub will be prepared especially for you and your guests.
To ensure it remails clean and sparkling there are certain rules your party must address:

  1. Everyone MUST observe the hot tub rules. You use the hot tub at your own risk and
we are not held responsible for your safety whilst using it.
  2. You must shower before use, remove all fake tan, make up and body lotions. Don’t
introduce mud, stones, sticks or grit into the water. These things wreck hot tub water
    very quickly.
  3. Maximum bathing time is 15 minutes. Your skin/health may suffer if you stay in
    longer
  4. The hot tub MUST be respected. No eating/drinking/smoking whilst in the tub. Please
be courteous to our neighbours when using the tub during the evening/late night with
    noise levels.
  5. At the end of your session cover the hot tub back over and keep an eye on the
minimum water levels if excessive water spillage.
  6. Our contractors check the water daily and will need brief access to the tub each day to
    do this.
  7. Hot tubs are not designed for children. We recommend that children do not use them
but as their parent/guardian it is your decision and responsibility. Children should
never be left unattended around the hot tub area.
  8. Do not sit stand or lie on the lid of the hot tub at any time, or allow children on the lid.
  9. Do not continuously press lights or press more than one button at once as this can
reset the temperature and cause it to go cold.
  10. If the water needs replacing during your stay you will forfeit your damage safety
deposit. This will cover the cost of emptying, cleaning, refilling, treating and heating
    the fresh water.
  11. You will forfeit your damage safety deposit should any damage occur to the hot tub or
    lid during your stay.

By paying the damage safety deposit and full balance you agree to all of the above term and
conditions.
